Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 8.00pm; Saturday - Sunday: 8.00am - 6.00pm; closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day The Centre takes: Glass, Paper, Cans, Textiles, Cardboard, Plastic Bottles, Bicycles, Building Waste, Car Batteries, Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Engine Oil, Fridges / Freezers, Furniture, Garden Waste, Gas Cylinders, Wood. |
May 2008: As part of West Lothian's latest green initiative, cloth, textiles, food and drink cartons ( often known as Tetrapack) can now be deposited in the blue bins kerbside recycling collections. Please note that items such as belts, shoes, duvets and blankets can not be collected at present. More Information from Tom McCormack 01506 777811 tom.mccormack@westlothian.gov.uk You will be interested to know that the Murray Court recycling site in Armadale is now at Watson Park (near the tennis courts). It provides facilities for the collection of brown green and white glass for recycling. |
