HEALTH Armadale Health Visitors, Community Health Care Services, North Street Clinic, Armadale. The Together for Health project has an 8 week Family Fun Health Programme starting on 1st September and is held each Wednesday from 4-6pm until 27th Oct. It is aimed at families with primary aged children to come and have fun together and learn more about nutrition and being more active in a fun, interactive way! Children must be at least three years old and parents should check with the library in advance to see if there is a place for their child.
Bounce and Tickle sessions for babies and toddlers: rhymes, songs and stories, selected Tuesdays, 10.30am - 11am, Remember to bring an adult who can help you enjoy the session!
