HEALTH

Armadale Health Visitors, Community Health Care Services, North Street Clinic, Armadale.

The Together for Health project has an 8 week Family Fun Health Programme starting on 1st September and is held each Wednesday from 4-6pm until 27th Oct. It is aimed at families with primary aged children to come and have fun together and learn more about nutrition and being more active in a fun, interactive way! It will be held in Armadale Academy and we welcome all families from within the ward. Interested families are to contact Rili Craig to register on 01506 281105 or email rili.craig@westlothian.gov.uk

Storytime

There are weekly storytime meetings in Armadale Library from 10.15am - 11am on Tuesday mornings and between 2.15pm and 3pm on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Children must be at least three years old and parents should check with the library in advance to see if there is a place for their child.

 

Bounce and Tickle sessions for babies and toddlers: rhymes, songs and stories,

selected Tuesdays,
