| The ground details visible in the above kite aerial photographs were surprisingly good considering the poor weather. 'Vertical' shots in the prevailing wind were not possible without access to the field to the north, which contained a crop. We had hoped to take oblique shots of the entire site from higher ground to the south-east but the already variable, weak wind vanished completely. In retrospect, pole shots from the higher ground would have been useful. |
